Cubes with Almonds
The perfect cubes with almonds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Sugar
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup Coffee hot
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 Knife point Ground carnations
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch Sea salt fine
- 1 tbsp Amaretto
- 1 El Rum
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 200 g Almonds
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed honey
- Sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, butter, coffee. Beat cocoa, amaretto, rum and spices in the food processor for about 10 minutes until creamy.
- Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder.
- Let the honey become liquid in a pan and briefly toss the almond slivers in it.
- Fold the almonds into the batter and place on a greased baking sheet. Smooth out the dough and brush with a little water.
- Bake in the preheated electric oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
- Immediately after baking, cut into cubes and let cool down.
