Cucumber-mint lemonade

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 1 sprig(s) mint
  • 4 cl still water
  • 3 cl lime juice
  • 4 cl sugar syrup
  • e.g. crushed ice
  • 30 cl mineral water
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 1 piece(s) cucumber(s), quartered

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, cut the cucumber quarter lengthwise into eighths, then blend 7/8 of this with a mint sprig, lime juice, and 4 cl of still water in a blender. Then, pour 8 cl of the cucumber purée into a highball glass and mix with 2 cl of sugar syrup. Now add crushed ice, top up with 15 cl of sparkling water, and stir thoroughly. Cut the cucumber quarter lengthwise again and then place one piece into a glass with a mint sprig as garnish. Have fun trying this, Alex from TrinkBar
