Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 10 tsp, heaped sugar
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- ¼ point chives, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly into a bowl. If you like, you can leave the skin on, but rinse it thoroughly first. Add the sugar. Finely dice the onion and add it. Add the vinegar and cooking oil and mix well. Sprinkle with chives, if desired. Refrigerate the salad for about 45 minutes to allow everything to marinate. Toss again before serving.
