Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 tbsp vinegar, vegan
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 tsp dill
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- e.g. agave syrup
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grate the cucumber into strips. Mix the remaining ingredients into a dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and serve.
