Cucumber salad with cream and dill

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 snake cucumbers
  • 1 gr. jar salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Salt
  • some sugar
  • n. B. Dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Thinly slice the cucumbers. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and a little sugar. Sprinkle with dill, if desired.
