Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 bunch of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the cucumber with the skin on and finely grate it into a sieve. Season the slices generously with salt and let them sit for about 30 minutes. Then squeeze the juice from the slices by hand. Place them in a salad bowl and toss with sour cream and dill.
