Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 700 g tomatoes, pureed
- 400 ml cream
- 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 600 g salmon fillet(s)
- 300 g crab
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 200 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat the tomatoes, cream, and garlic in a saucepan, season with salt and pepper. Dice the salmon and cook in the sauce until cooked through. Add the crab and season again to taste. Cook the pasta, drain, and transfer to a baking dish. Toss with the sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
