Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dill, freshly chopped or 1 tsp dried
- ½ tsp thyme, freshly chopped or dried
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Slice the cucumber thinly with a slicer and drain in a colander. Add a teaspoon of salt and stir several times with a tablespoon, pressing lightly to squeeze out the water. Cut the spring onion into small rounds and the onion into small cubes, and add. Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Fold in the cucumber slices and feta cheese. Let stand in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, then serve.
