Place all ingredients (except the nougat) in a bowl and mix well with a spoon. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes. Cut one piece of nougat into 6 smaller pieces. Put a large pot of water on the stovetop and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, press a heaped tablespoon of the mixture into the palm of each dumpling (moisten your palms with water). Place a piece of nougat in the center, wrap it around the dough, and shape it into a dumpling. Place the dumplings in boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes.
