Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp currants, red
- 2 tbsp currants, black
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, to taste
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper, green and red, crushed
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- possibly vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
suitable for green salad
Puree the currants with the honey. Alternatively, use 4 tablespoons of red-black currant jam, but omit the honey. Crush the garlic. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients. Tips: If the dressing is too thick, thin it with vegetable stock. It goes well with leaf salad or leaf salad with cucumber.
