Currant and garlic dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp currants, red
  • 2 tbsp currants, black
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, to taste
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper, green and red, crushed
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • possibly vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

suitable for green salad

Puree the currants with the honey. Alternatively, use 4 tablespoons of red-black currant jam, but omit the honey. Crush the garlic. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients. Tips: If the dressing is too thick, thin it with vegetable stock. It goes well with leaf salad or leaf salad with cucumber.
