Curry – ginger – sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (semi-skimmed quark)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp ginger, fresh and grated
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp curry
  • Salt
  • Sambal Oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the quark, mayo, and ginger in a bowl and add the finely chopped lemongrass. Add the remaining ingredients and stir in. It goes well with meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, and potatoes.
