Curry noodle casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 150 g cream
  • 500 g chicken
  • 2 bell peppers, red/green
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 3 tsp curry
  • 200 g cheese, grated, (Gouda)
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and really tasty

Cook the pasta as usual! Cut the meat into very small pieces. Dice the bell peppers! Brown the meat until lightly browned, then add the mustard and fry briefly. Deglaze with the stock and add the honey. Next, add the spices and cream. Let everything simmer again and season to taste. Finally, layer the whole thing in a casserole dish, alternating layers of cheese! The sauce should be on top, then the cheese! Place the whole thing in the oven, or on the grill if possible. When the cheese is slightly browned, it’s done! It’s ready to eat!
