Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spiral pasta)
- 250 g cheese (Emmental)
- 1 gr. can/n pineapple, in pieces
- 1 small jar of mayonnaise
- lots of curry powder
- Aromat
- pepper, black

super quick to make and very tasty
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Mix the mayonnaise with the pineapple juice and season generously with plenty of curry and the other spices. Now add the well-drained, still-hot pasta and stir through. Halve the pineapple pieces, add them to the pasta, and let the salad cool. Meanwhile, cut the cheese into small cubes and only add it when the pasta is completely cold (otherwise it will be stringy). Season again and let it chill in the refrigerator. Tips: If you like, you can be more generous with the cheese and/or pineapple. It tastes even better the next day. It also tastes delicious with grilled meat.
