Curry Rice with Nut Parmesan (vegan)

The perfect curry rice with nut parmesan (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Curry rice

  • 300 ml Water
  • 125 g Long grain top rice
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder

Nut Parmesan

  • 1 tbsp Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Yeast flakes
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and briefly fry the rice in it. Add the curry powder, deglaze with the water and simmer for about 10 minutes until the water has disappeared.
  2. Grind the nuts and yeast flakes together. Add a little salt and mix in the finished rice. Then serve.
