Curry Rice with Nut Parmesan (vegan)
The perfect curry rice with nut parmesan (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Curry rice
- 300 ml Water
- 125 g Long grain top rice
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
Nut Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Nuts
- 1 tbsp Yeast flakes
- 1 tbsp Salt
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and briefly fry the rice in it. Add the curry powder, deglaze with the water and simmer for about 10 minutes until the water has disappeared.
- Grind the nuts and yeast flakes together. Add a little salt and mix in the finished rice. Then serve.
