Ingredients
 

Curry rice

  • 300 ml Water
  • 125 g Long grain top rice
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder

Nut Parmesan

  • 1 tbsp Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Yeast flakes
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and briefly fry the rice in it. Add the curry powder, deglaze with the water and simmer for about 10 minutes until the water has disappeared.
  • Grind the nuts and yeast flakes together. Add a little salt and mix in the finished rice. Then serve.
