Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 g ketchup
  • 100 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for currywurst

Peel and finely dice the onion. Sauté in a little oil until translucent. Briefly sauté the curry powder and cayenne pepper. Stir in the tomato paste and sauté. Stir in the ketchup, apple juice, and vinegar and bring to a boil. Puree everything and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
