Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, from the refrigerated section
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 2 sausages, coarse
- 150 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- Paprika powder
- marjoram
- curry powder

Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roll out a little more if necessary. Prick with a fork, leaving a finger-width border. Cut the sausage into slices about 0.5 cm wide and fry briefly in a pan with hot olive oil. Add the diced onion and garlic clove. Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, a little chili, and paprika. Spread the sauce over the puff pastry, leaving a finger-width border free. Spread the sausage over the pastry. Sprinkle with curry powder and cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
