Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 2 onions, grated
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 350 ml beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the butter and add the onions, allowing them to sauté. Stir in the curry powder and flour, then add the stock and stir until smooth. Stir in the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and return to the heat, stirring thoroughly.
