- 100 g cheese, grated Gouda
- salt and pepper

Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the grated cheese. Heat some oil in a pan, then pour the egg and cheese mixture into the pan and cook until golden brown. Once the bottom side is nicely cooked, flip the omelet.
