- 4 tsp Mustard medium hot

Czech Potato Salad III:
- Boil the potatoes in salted water (2 teaspoons) for about 20 minutes, drain, peel and let cool down well. Cut off the carrot ends and wash the carrots. Clean the celery. Boil the carrots and celery in salted water (here with the potatoes) for about 8 minutes, remove them, let cool down a little and dice. Boil the eggs hard, let them cool down a little and dice. Peel onion and chop finely. Dice the pickles. Peel and dice the meat sausage. Put all ingredients (diced pickles, frozen peas, diced meat sausage, diced onion, diced carrots, diced sellerie, mayonnaise, diced egg, mustard and salt) in a bowl and mix carefully. Dice / press in the well cooled potatoes (bought here with a kitchen helper in the Czech Republic!) And fold in. Let the potato salad stand in a cool place overnight. Before it is served, it should be at room temperature again. Served here with us on Christmas Eve with fried carp.
