- Boil the potatoes in salted water (2 teaspoons) for about 20 minutes, drain, peel and let cool down well. Cut off the carrot ends and wash the carrots. Clean the celery. Boil carrots and celery in salted water (here with the potatoes) for about 10 minutes, remove, let cool down a little and dice finely. Boil the eggs hard, let them cool down a little and dice finely (with kitchen helpers!). Peel onion and chop finely. Finely dice the pickles. Peel off the meat sausage and dice it finely. Put all ingredients (diced pickles, frozen peas, diced meat sausage, diced onions, diced carrots, diced celery, mayonnaise, diced egg, mustard, salt, clear instant beef broth and sugar) in a bowl and mix carefully. Dice / press in the well cooled potatoes (bought here with a kitchen helper in the Czech Republic!) And fold in. Let the potato salad stand in a cool place overnight. Before serving, it should be back to room temperature.
