Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g almond(s), ground
- 2 tbsp flour
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for about 50 thalers; ideal for using up egg yolks
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mix the almonds with the flour. Sift the powdered sugar, beat it with the egg yolks until fluffy, and stir in the cinnamon. Then mix everything together and knead into a smooth, relatively soft dough. Form the dough into 3 cm thick rolls, slice them, and place them on baking sheets. Bake on the middle rack at 175°C for about 10 minutes.
