Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar, not vanilla sugar!
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Makes about 80 Danish oatmeal cookies

Crumble the butter onto the oats. Add the sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix the batter well and add the eggs, one at a time. Using two teaspoons, place small dollops of batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Caution: the batter will spread, so leave plenty of space! It’s best to make a test sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 175°C.
