Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 cl schnapps (aquavit)
  • 20 g butter
  • 8 slices of roast pork (approx. 200g)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • pepper
  • 4 slices of cheese, cave cheese (approx. 200g)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • ½ bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown one side of the toasted bread under the preheated grill. Drizzle the untoasted slice with aquavit and spread the toasted slice with butter. Top each slice with roast pork and spread with mustard. Season with pepper. Place a slice of cheese on top and grill under the preheated grill until the cheese is melted. Garnish each slice with a tomato slice and some dill. Serve hot.
