Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g cream cheese
- 150 g Cheddar, grated
- 150 g mozzarella, grated
- 100 ml dark beer
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ garlic clove(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Grind the cheddar and mozzarella in a blender, stir in the beer, and heat to 50°C to melt the cheese. Add the remaining ingredients and stir at 50°C until the dip is nice and smooth. Serve the dip warm. Serve with pretzels.
