Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, room temperature
  • 250 g wheat flour type 405
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 200 g dark chocolate drops, baking stable
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

makes about 16 muffins

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Thoroughly mix the butter, vanilla paste, eggs, crème fraîche, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl with a mixer. Separately, mix the flour with the baking powder, then add it to the other ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix everything together. Finally, mix the chocolate chips into the batter with a large spoon. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full with the batter and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. At the end of the baking time, test the muffins with a wooden skewer to see if they are done. When no batter sticks to the skewer, they are done. Cool on a wire rack. Makes about 16 muffins.
