Dark Chocolate Muffins

- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 100 g Butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 200 g Flour
- 180 ml Milk
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 30 g Dark chocolate droplets
- Melt the dark chocolate couverture with the butter.
- Mix eggs, milk and sugar until frothy, then stir in butter and chocolate. Next, add flour and baking powder and stir well. Finally fold in the chocolate drops.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
