Dark Chocolate Muffins

The perfect dark chocolate muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 g Dark chocolate couverture
  • 100 g Butter
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 200 g Flour
  • 180 ml Milk
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 30 g Dark chocolate droplets
  1. Melt the dark chocolate couverture with the butter.
  2. Mix eggs, milk and sugar until frothy, then stir in butter and chocolate. Next, add flour and baking powder and stir well. Finally fold in the chocolate drops.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
