Date and chili dip

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g pitted dates
  • 1 garlic clove(s), peeled
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend the dates and garlic in a high-speed blender on high for 5 seconds, then add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. I always add a few spoonfuls of sour cream to the dates first to make it easier to blend. The spiciness can be easily adjusted to your personal taste. This dip goes great with baguette. I always let it sit overnight.
