Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s), approx.
- 8 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 4 tsp honey
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 ½ onions, cut into rings
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 100 ml multivitamin juice
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 50 ml barbecue sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a pot or bowl and season to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut the meat into cubes, up to 4 cm in size, and then add to the pot. Mix everything thoroughly by hand. Let it sit for about 12 hours. On barbecue day, thread the meat cubes onto skewers and place them on the grill. Grill over medium heat, turning only once. Depending on the grill, grill for 7-9 minutes per side.
