Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 200 g chocolate, dark
- 2 eggs
- 175 g brown sugar
- 55 g sugar
- 75 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 tsp, leveled caramel

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Delicate brownies that contain caramel and are therefore creamy, even if you bake them for a shorter time
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, then stir in the flour and baking powder. Stir in the chocolate mixture. Fold in the caramel. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, but the center should still be slightly sticky. Once the brownies have cooled, cut into pieces and serve. Tip: If you like, you can also sprinkle chocolate shavings on top of the brownies for garnish.
