Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 ml carrot juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 large apricots, ripe
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 2 lemon balm leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Get fit for spring!

For the carrot drink, peel and pit the apricots, then puree them, then mix with carrot juice, sea salt, and pepper. Garnish with lemon balm leaves.
