Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 m.-sized potatoes, depending on hunger
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 piece(s) of lean bacon (amount as desired)
- 250 g minced pork, seasoned
- 1 tbsp margarine (heaped)
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet

Peel the potatoes and dice them. Heat margarine in a pan and fry the raw potato cubes until golden brown, turning frequently. Meanwhile, peel the onion, halve it, and cut it into thin strips. Dice the bacon and tear the minced meat into small pieces. When the potatoes are ready, add the onion, bacon, and minced meat. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finish frying everything and fry two fried eggs in a separate pan. Divide the hash browns between two plates and place a fried egg on each.
