Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Bianco
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp, heaped chives
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped or squeezed
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients and season the dressing with salt and pepper. I always make a larger batch and pour the dressing into a sterilized bottle. It will then keep for as long as the crème fraîche or sour cream.
