Cheeseburger with a twist

Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic and lime juice to make a sauce. Briefly toast the buns, cut them in half, and spread the sauce on the inside. Season the patties with barbecue seasoning and sear them on both sides. Then top the burgers with lettuce, onion rings, and cheese. If you need to handle larger quantities, you can wrap the finished burgers in aluminum foil and keep them warm in the oven at 50°C.
