Delicious salad dressing for all leaf salads

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml vinegar
  • 125 ml water
  • 70 g sugar
  • 15 g salt
  • 10 g vegetable broth, instant (also homemade)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 150 g yogurt (natural)
  • 30 g mustard
  • 125 ml rapeseed oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and vegetable stock to a boil in a saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the cream, yogurt, mustard, and oil. Transfer to a bottle and store in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to three weeks. You can use any vinegar you like, even mix white and fruity ones. Feel free to experiment with different flavors with the mustard. Stir a few spoonfuls of mango chutney or blackcurrant jelly into the finished dressing.
