  • 400 g swede(s), finely grated
  • 1 onion(s), finely grated
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a rösti made from turnips, ideal with fish or meat

Finely grate the turnip and onion, season, and mix in the egg. Spoon the mixture into a nonstick pan and fry like a hash brown. It tastes great as a side dish to fish or meat.
