Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 250 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125 ml milk
- Fat for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, alternating with 2 tablespoons of flour each. Sift in the remaining flour with the baking powder and stir in with the milk to form a thick batter. Drop a small ladleful of batter into the greased and heated waffle iron and bake for 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
