Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sugar (brown sugar also works)
- 1 large egg(s)
- 300 g yogurt
- 3 tsp baking soda
- 300 g flour (wholemeal flour also works)
- 1 apple, diced
Instructions

practically fat-free, but juicy and delicious!
First, mix the sugar, egg, and yogurt with a fork. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix with a fork until a light batter forms. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. The specified amount is enough for 12 small or 6 large muffins.
