  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 200 g cottage cheese, low-fat
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Hard-boil the eggs, rinse them in water, peel them while still warm, and cut them into small cubes. Combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, salt and pepper, and the mustard in a bowl.
