Dessert: Coconut Semolina Dish

  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 70 g Soft wheat semolina
  • 200 ml Cream
  1. Bring the coconut milk, sugar and milk to the boil, stir in the semolina and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Let cool a little, whip and fold in the cream, fill into molds and chill.
