- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 100 ml Milk
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 70 g Soft wheat semolina
- 200 ml Cream
- Bring the coconut milk, sugar and milk to the boil, stir in the semolina and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Let cool a little, whip and fold in the cream, fill into molds and chill.
