Ingredients
 

  • 350 ml Cream
  • 75 g Goat cheese
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 8 Egg yolk
  • Brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Bring the cream to the boil and dissolve the cheese in it. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar then slowly add the cream to the eggs and mix well.
  • Put everything in ovenproof molds and bake in a water bath at 120 ° C for about an hour. Sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize with a burner.
