Dessert: Quick Lemon Dessert A’la Tiramisu

The perfect dessert: quick lemon dessert a’la tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 piece Ladyfingers
  • 50 ml Strong espresso
  • 4 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Mascarpone
  • 1 piece Lemon fresh
  • Raw cane sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  1. Mix the yoghurt with the mascarpone. Halve the hot washed lemon, cut two thin slices for the garnish, peel off the zest and squeeze the lemon. Add half of the zest and all of the juice to the mascarpone cream and stir with enough sugar until the desired degree of sweetness is achieved.
  2. Place the spoon biscuits with the sugar side down in a suitable shape and soak them generously with the strong, cold espresso.
  3. Spread the cream over the ladyfingers and sprinkle with cocoa. Garnish with the two lemon wedges and the remaining zest. Chill until ready to serve.
  4. Note 4: The dessert doesn’t look very inviting right now, but the taste is great and very refreshing.
