Lemon Ricotta Dessert
The perfect lemon ricotta dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Ricotta
- 1 piece Lemon untreated
- 4 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 150 ml Cream
- Chocolate for decoration
- Grate 0.5 lemon and squeeze the whole lemon. Beat the ricotta, powdered sugar, zest and lemon juice until smooth.
- Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the ricotta mixture.
- Fill into glasses and decorate with shaved chocolate or chocolate sprinkles.
