Lemon Ricotta Dessert

The perfect lemon ricotta dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Ricotta
  • 1 piece Lemon untreated
  • 4 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 150 ml Cream
  • Chocolate for decoration
  1. Grate 0.5 lemon and squeeze the whole lemon. Beat the ricotta, powdered sugar, zest and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the ricotta mixture.
  3. Fill into glasses and decorate with shaved chocolate or chocolate sprinkles.
