Dessert: Red Pudding
The perfect dessert: red pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Berry mix red, e.g. blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants, strawberries, frozen
- 3 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 piece Vanilla pod scraped out
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon Potato flour
- 150 ml Cream 30% fat
- Take away some berries for decoration. Mix the remaining berry mixture with the powdered sugar and bring to the boil. Drift Lotte through the liquor and put the marrow aside.
- Remove two tablespoons of the milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil with the sugar and the pulp of the vanilla pod. Stir the potato flour into the rest of the milk and add to the hot sugar-vanilla milk and let it thicken.
- As soon as the mixture has cooled down a little, stir in the egg yolks and fruit pulp. Let cool down completely.
- Whip the cream and stir in the milk and fruit mixture spoon by spoon.
- Now distribute the cream on dessert glasses and decorate with fruits and a raspberry leaf (do not eat it too).
