Plum Roaster Is Sweet Side Dish

The perfect plum roaster is sweet side dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Ripe plums or plums
  • 1 El Extra fine sugar
  • 2 El Sugar brown raw sugar
  • 1 Tl Ground cinnamon
  • 1 El Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 St Juice of one orange
  • 150 ml Grape juice or red wine
  • 2 piece Cloves
  1. Wash the plums, stone them and let them steep 1/4, then with the sugar and cinnamon for about 30 minutes. Put the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan on the hotplate, and let cook for at least 10 minutes. Finally remove the cloves and fill into glasses. Keeps for at least 8 weeks in a cool and dark place – it’s not jam! !!! I’ve got 4 glasses.
