  • 150 ml Cream
  1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, chop the dates in the water and allow to cool. Beat the butter with the sugar, gradually add the eggs and stir until frothy. Then add the flour with the baking powder and the dates. Put everything in a large or several small molds and bake at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes
  2. For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sugar and cook until the sugar is dissolved. Then add the cream and cook for another 3 minutes, serve everything while still warm.
