Strawberry Cream Dessert

The perfect strawberry cream dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 300 g Whipped cream
  • 50 g Meringue
  1. Wash and clean the strawberries, cut half of them into small pieces. Finely puree the remaining strawberries with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff. Roughly break the meringue. Mix the cream with the meringue. Divide the strawberries, whipped cream and strawberry sauce between 4 dessert glasses.
