Dessert: Tiramisu-style Cream Dish
The perfect dessert: tiramisu-style cream dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Kaymak = Turkish cream cheese
- Alternatively mascarpone
- 100 ml Cream
- 3 tbsp Honey liquid
- 0,25 tsp Vanilla powder
- 100 g Pastry crumbs
- 40 ml Strong espresso cold
- 20 g Sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 pinch Tonka vanilla sugar … RZ in my KB
- 1 Msp Ground cinnamon
- 5 tbsp Water
- Mix the kaymak, cream, honey and vanilla powder thoroughly.
- Put the crumbs (I had leftovers from biscuits, stolle and chocolate cake) in a flat container (approx. 12x20cm, with a lid if possible). Drizzle with espresso.
- Now spread the cheese cream evenly on top.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for several hours.
- In the meantime, make the sugared almonds. To do this, put sugar in a coated pan and let it melt over medium heat. Then add the spices and water. Dissolve the solid sugar in it. Then add the almonds to the pan and stir until the water has boiled away and the sugar has settled around the almonds. Spread out on baking paper and let cool.
- Before serving, sprinkle the almonds on the cream dish.
