Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cream
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar, homemade
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g cherry(s), fresh, pitted, halved
  • possibly chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

very tasty and simple

Whip the cream until stiff, occasionally adding the 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar (if you don’t have homemade vanilla sugar, you can also use a sachet of Bourbon vanilla sugar). Then add the cream cheese and continue stirring until smooth. Now prepare 4 glasses and first divide 1 or 2 spoonfuls of the cream between the glasses, then fill with halved cherries, then top with more cream, and finally garnish with the last cherries. Refrigerate before serving. Tip: You can also add chocolate shavings, but I only do that when our grandchildren are eating with us.
