Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g jam (blackcurrant)
  • 1 cup mustard, extra hot (e.g. Bautzner)
  • ½ onion(s), grated
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal for fondue or pan-fried meat

Mix the currant jam with the mustard. Add more or less mustard depending on your preference. Just before serving, finely grate half an onion and mix in. Season to taste with black pepper.
