Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 125 g mayonnaise or sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 5 minutes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Or, combine the ingredients and finely chop the chili peppers and garlic and stir in. Let it sit overnight. It tastes great with grilled food, fondue, or raclette.
